• zetwin reserves the right to void bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.
• In the event of any dispute, zetwin's decision shall be considered final.

• Exploiting system errors to place bets is a punishable offence.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to protect the fairness and security of the zetwin platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Betting with funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to zetwin's systems.
